EnduraSteel™ Stainless Steel Perforated Clean Room Research Table
The EnduraSteel™ stainless steel perforated clean room research table allows for vertical airflow through the table and prevents stagnant pockets of air.
Vertical laminar flow (VLF) in clean room research facilities allows for continuous circulation of the air inside the fab at a very high rate of filtration. In order to prevent interference with this system, open air or perforated top designed tables are frequently used for workspace. The perforation pattern in the top allows the circulating air to flow through only slightly obstructed.
G2’s stainless steel cleanroom research table top is constructed of a single sheet of 304 stainless steel with a perf pattern laser cut into the top. This design allows for maximum strength and a clean, simple product.
Utilizing the unperforated portions around the perimeter, the top is mounted to a solid stainless steel frame. The frame is TIG-welded at all seams giving extra strength. It features square tubing with an attractive brushed finish. The table comes with standard leveling feet, but is available with optional swivel locking casters. Several other options available include an under mounted keyboard tray, computer cubbies, and a perforated under shelf.
The stainless table is solid yet easy to move when the need arises to transfer to a different area.
Our stainless steel tables are built with high quality, heavy duty 16 gauge stainless steel for a lifetime of service. Other tables not manufactured by G2 are most often constructed of lighter 18 or 20 gauge steel which does not stand up to heavier weight without deformation. Our table seams are fully welded for additional strength vs. spot welds typically used. Spot welds will not withstand industrial use and can break if table is repeatedly moved to different areas. Sturdy industrial leveling feet come standard on the table but there are other optional mounting options available. Clean room-grade swivel locking casters, floor mount brackets, and other features can be supplied instead of leveling feet.
The table height is perfect for easy access to equipment and instruments, and an optional sturdy perforated under shelf or heavy duty storage drawers can be added to store extra items.
